I teach a physical therapy-based approach rooted in classic time-proven methodology that will leave you feeling taller and stronger after every session. We utilize the reformer, tower, and wunda chair in our sessions. Looking for “athletic reformer” classes? We can do that too!

You will lay, kneel, sit, and sometimes stand on the equipment to target muscles throughout the body and deep within the core. The slow, controlled & low impact movement of Pilates can help heal chronic low-back pain, neck/shoulder issues, and may even help with foot pain. Pilates is highly customizable, so no matter your limitations, the exercises are able to adapt to you.

Return to vitality and greater enjoyment of life with a regular movement practice. I offer Pilates Reformer and yoga with a "rehab and prehab" intention. Improve your quality of life with somatic movement. If you’re an athlete, bulletproof your body so you can perform in your sport of choice at a higher level with longevity. Neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, and TBI also greatly benefit from a consistent Pilates practice.

$90 for a la carte 55-minute sessions.

$45 for a la carte 30-minute sessions.

RECOMENDED $306 for pre-paid packages of 4 sessions. (Discount of 15%)

Duets (two students in one class session)

$65 per person/session a la carte

RECOMENDED $180 for pre-paid packages of 4 sessions (price per person)

Yoga

If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 yoga sessions might be the right step for you. Your session can also include meditation and other stress (life) management techniques, if desired. I bring over 2000 hours of teacher training and real-world teaching experience to create a practice that meets you where you are at in your life.
